but lately i just really want some FISH!!! Shocked

i have assumed that im not getting adequate protein. i recently developed an allergy to tree nuts.. i am not sure if that is when the fish cravings began. but i would like to start reintroducing fish into my diet... any advice on how to begin? ive heard it is difficult to digest animal proteins after a long period of time. thank you for your help!

i cant believe these cravings because never before have i enjoyed the taste of fish! shrugs

I was hoping for an answer to this, because I am interested, too.

My only advice is to start with a small piece of fish, and introduce it with items that your stomach has no trouble with.

Look for things like itching around your mouth or swelling or similar adverse reactions so you'll know if you need to avoid fish, like tree nuts.

Good luck on your reintro to the fish world.
