Riding a bike is my passion. Swimming is another. I managed to enjoy both of them for a long time. I had a car accident and was deprived of both of them. I had to undergo several surgeries and I am feeling OK now. I am afraid to go to the pool after surgery. What do you think?

Don’t worry. If you are OK now you can start thinking about getting back to pool after surgery. First you have to check with your doctor. If he says that it is OK then you can go for it. I suggest you start slowly and swim only for the fun of it. Don’t overdo it. After few weeks of leisure swim you can start working out. The key word here is SLOWLY.
