5.3 miles easy this morning in 39:04. Come to think of it, it seems like a long time since I last went under 45 mins for a training run... Shocked

Um. You are correct. I haven't run 20 miles TOTAL since I've been pregnant and I haven't run 20 miles at one time since about early October.
