I'm seriously considering one, or at least a half. I'll either be doing a half or a full marathon in October. By spring 2006, I want to run the relay part of the Ice Age Trail race in WI. http://www.iceagetrail50.com/home.php
so the plan is to build my endurance and then, over the winter, workout on a stair stepper and do strength training to get ready for the trail race.
Lofty goal, but it sure would be a great challenge! |
October marathon for me hopefully too. I'll trade advice and sob stories with you Shelee.

I say that's pretty darn good. I've only done one half marathon, but feel free to exchange sob stories and motivation with me and Rob anytime.

I have a 10K coming up, but it's a race walk, not a run. I'm pretty fast though so i might be able to keep up with you.
