Are there REALLY any decent workout videos out there? If you have one, what is it? Any of those they sell on TV? Like Slim in 6 or The Firm?

I would really love to get something I could do on days where it just doesn't workout for me to get to the gym. I'd want something with some good cardio plus other stuff.

Thanks for any suggestions.

The Firm tapes are highly rated. The rest are hit or miss.

i like the jillian michaels biggest looser series. there is a cardio kick boxing one and two sets of strength/cardio ones. they are hard and kick your butt but they are doable.

my only complaint is that jillian michaels is ridiculously peppy. its almost annoying at times, but not that bad.

My wife bought The Biggest Loser DVD (the first one) with the male trainer. I find them rather difficult! It's a nice change, the workouts are either 30 or 60 minutes (you can pick your plan) and the dialog isn't annoying in them.

For a good, quick workout at home, I like this one.

Another I'm interested in is EnduranceCORE, but I'd like to see it before I buy it. Anyone try this one?
