Posted: 06/29/05 - 21:52 Post subject: another wedding guest question....
mostly for the ladies.
how should i do my hair. its about down to my shoulder blades and its layered with some bang things in the front.
the ceremony is outside, but its short. and the reception is inside. the most complicated thing i do with my hair now is straighten it. but it always ends up in a ponytail. always.
any suggestions (accompanied by pics and instructions) would be very nice...

Up in a simple bun, or splurge and have the hair place put it up.
Up will keep it off your neck and out of your face. The veil will be pain in the ass enough without worrying about your hair. Up is more versatile when you're hot and sweaty from dancing.

Please take your common sense and get the f outta here!
Being hair challanged as I am I still suggest having it up some way.

if it's long enough to be put up, i'd do that loosely. (you'd mess with that all night though)
i'd really opt for french braids cuz they go in and stay in and i love 'em for brides...but they have to be done right. i can't do them to save my life. they're really bullet proof once you've got them in.
are you wearing something in your hair, any kind of head thingy?

I vote for that with maybe small flowers or ribbons weaved in (matching or complementing the dress of course)
