I remember that I’ve been reading about various health problems that occur when you’re practicing cycling, but I think that mine is most peculiar! I have ankle soreness. Imagine how unpleasant that is! I don’t know what to do and how to pedal and cycle in general in order to prevent those sensations. Has anyone of you encountered something similar and how you overcame that?

I have also never heard of that, but I don’t exercise cycling but running and I have other kind of problems. But somehow this seems like something that can happen to a cyclist, since ankles are the important body part when it comes to cycling. All strength and power is put on them in order to be able to pedal. Maybe your pedaling technique is not good. Try to watch how other cyclist do it and compare it to yourself. As for the soreness, there are cooling gels and other things that can ameliorate those unpleasant symptoms. Maybe you should wear some kind of support on your ankles in order to reduce the tension.
