I'm still mourning KIKK.
Are you going to the fall fandango?

Me too. KIKK was finally getting it right...playing all the local Texas musicians. I miss Austin, My wife and I really enjoyed the scene.
I'm not sure about Fall Fandango but I'm gonna try and make Jack Ingram's gig. My wife went to school with him. Have you ever heard of Hayes Carll. He's in our group of friends. A truly talented person...if you EVER get the chance to see him, DON"T MISS IT..and make sure you see him with his band. They don't play with him 100% of the time. Here is a link: http://www.hayescarll.com/

My favorite TX music is without a doubt the Austin Lounge Lizards. I see them every chance I get.

I....AM....ONE....!
Great album! takes me back to high school, yo...
Billy corgan is such a baby. When he played up in Minneapolis during that record the crowd didn't appreciate his 'tude' so they started throwing shoes at him. He stopped the show and screamed 'IF I GET HIT WITH ANOTHER SHOE WE'RE F-ING LEAVING!!!'
Two seconds later a Chuck Taylor came flying in and nailed him right in the kisser. They left.

You mean the time he jumped into the crowd feet first and punched that girl? Or the time he smashed that glass bottle over a fans head?
