I really need to start working out.
What's more motivation than shameful pictures that will be posted on the internet and viewed by people I've never met before?
Plus, there is the bonus that later, the picture will be photoshopped, and people will be able to make fun of me, and laugh at my expense, and I can do nothing about it.

...you could start with some Nair (nare?) shampoo.
