my dad said it's a genetic trait for me to have issues with people that don't work hard...

I have issues with that too. Especially azzhats who hide behind their "union" as an excuse to be lazy.

9/10 union members are a great shining example of true hard work and dedication.

The other 1/10 are a waste of skin. Mad

Blue:

The scenario:

You bring up idea to reinstate the training plan/worksheet.

Manager says its from the "old administration" and will not be used.

Current manager takes your idea, goes to big kahuna and sells idea.

Big kahuna buys into idea.

Embarassed by her actions, she gets other person to do the sheet, so she does not have to explain to you.

End result: Blue gets the managerial silver reamer, supervisor gets an attaboy.

Lesson learned: Next time, do it in writing with a CC to the big kahuna.
