I just turned 33, live in Charlotte NC. Moved here this past winter from Indianapolis. I have 3 kids, 4 if you count the hubby, which I usually DO! LOL

A - Aerobic or Anaerobic. This helps us determine if you are sprinter or long distance runner. If you have slow or fast twitch fibers.
S - Speed. What average pace do you run in training? Fast, easy, etc.
L - Lactic. This is where you provide the amount of Tempo runs or speed workouts you do per week.
Didn't you get the memo?
Anaerobic/7:30/2
