anyone ever run a race with them.
Broad street this year did it and it gave me a percentage of 53%
100%=world record class
90%=world class
80%=national class
70%=regional class
60%=local class
I guess I am not in school

I just checked my pr's from the last few years and I am fairly consistent across the board. That is good.

Wow, I'm a huge failure! 44% for me, and that was for a half. I was slightly worse at the 5k and 10k distance.
I hope there's extra credit to make up these grades.

Age graded time = 18:21 based on my 19:29 of 1.5 wks ago.
I'm in class at least... regional... 70.7%
Crud...have to go sub 17 to move up to national class. That ain't gonna happen....
