I've done 2 of them but the shorter ones. Only about 4 hours or so. (It was a few years ago when it was Hi-tec) Tons of fun. Key is getting a good team. It was me, Happy and another guy friend of ours. We had good team spirit and stayed together. I was amazed how many teams separated from the girl on their team. You have to get to checkpoints together so why separate? You're only as fast as your weakest link.
