Posted: 06/02/04 - 00:42 Post subject: accounting final in the morning...
it's 9 1/2 hrs away from doom.
what i wouldn't do for just *one more night* to study for my accounting tomorrow (weds) morning...
it's been three weeks since we had our last lecture (thanks to the computer section of the course) and although i think i've figured out the stuff from the second part of the course, the initial stuff i don't much remember! we dont' remember what we were tested on either...
argh!
i don't have buffer marks, i can't afford to choke, i mean i'll pass almost for sure... but this is gonna hurt the gpa...
my stomach hurts and i'm tired... last minute strategy calls for going to bed early, and getting up and putting in a hard 2 hours before the exam...
please pray for me... if anyone of you accountants out there have ESP it'd be a nice time to send some answers my way... wish me luck.
...blue

Staring at a textbook for too long makes you see crazy things.

Remember debit=credits. That is about all I remember from my feeble attempt at an accounting course some years ago.

ok.
well. i'm alive. that's a start.
lol.
i think i did alright... i was there for an hour 45mins... the most of it spent on 3 questions as i pondered numerous combinations of balanced entries (debits = credits indeed).
i'm sure i scrapped together enough marks to hang on to an A in the class (about a 73% is what i need on the exam), but if i fudged some of the calculations (bond at a premium, amortizing bonds ick) i could stand to lose a fair bit.
i've never seen so many kids walk out of an exam lookin' like they went in one of those cartoon dust cloud rumbles where two characters pop out wearin' the other persons clothes or seomthin'. lol
we were comparing answers, and it was so bad that halfway through the conversation we'd realize we weren't even talking about the same question, at which point we'd start alllll over.
at any rate, i passed for sure. and now i'm just holdin' on for stats on friday. i have a full day to study and will watch the hockey game tomorrow night as my prep.
and then schooooools out for summah!
thanks for the vibes!
