When hubby was paying child support I thought taking it right out of the check was handy. There could be no arguing what-so-ever about whether it was paid or not. Tell her to call the state and complain about her money not you. If I recall correctly there was like a week or so between the money taken out of the check and the other actually recieving it.

Nichole lives with us now, that's why he doesn't pay anymore. Wink

The PA SCDU system takes a few weeks to get caught up. Your employers needs to be timely with the remittance though.
