Just days after paying $40 for my first pair of brand new running shorts, I find all sorts of drifits and breathable apparel at the thrift store. The deals are really too good to pass up, and yet I am haunted by the full price I paid at the Running Room just this past weekend.
This is the most exciting thing that's happened to me today; how about you?

Let's see, we almost locked up a guy for being an A$$hole for yelling about not picking up after his dog. (he was yelling at a property manager)

My rear derailleur (105) arrived today.  My bottom bracket (ultegra) and cranks (105) arrived yesterday.

I always buy my underwear at the consignment store.
You wouldn't believe the bargains and they are already broken in. 
Some even come with racing stripes already on them.

um, I'm jealous....
I found out today, after figuring out we can live for peanuts, that my potential roommate has backed out on me. I have since been running numbers trying to figure out how I'm going to live on my own, eat, and pay tuition for the next 2 1/2 years. I'm working on a second peptic ulcer right now....anyone got a nice garage apt for me?
