what if people had a gun that made other people less stupid?
someone comes up to you at work, and they say something dumb. "excuse me one second i think i put the file in my drawer" *rustleclickBANG* one less stupid person.
i haven't worked out the logistics, but it's not as messy, or deathly for that matter.
10$ to the man (or woman... or primate for that matter) that discovers the anti-stupid gun.
the world will be a better place.

May work in Canada blue, but never here in the US, the ACLU would never go for it. Even stupid people have rights.
