quite often i make spicey foods to help my sinuses. well i made some buffalo chili and it was hotter than i anticipated,  WOW. i needed to grab my cereal as a carb to neutralize the capsecin (sp?) oil .

I can handle my own on spice, but i think i over did this one. i can feel it as it moves thru my intestines.
