That is absolutely horrifying, sickening and unbelievable.
I am literally sick. So many questions run through my head.
Why didn't the photog call the cops immediately when he saw needles?
This brings me to tears--this could be anyone's brother, son. No more second chances for him. He lived his last chance. No more chances to repent, ask forgiveness, make amends.
I am stunned. And saddened.

you know the photographer is probably the one who called the cops. I mean how else would he know to stick around for the full photo op?
yes though it's sad someone would do that to themselves or let a friend do it. I grew up with this stuff next door to me and i swear is the reason i've never done it. (well and my parents would have killed me also)
