probably. i can feel my teeth 'relax' as soon as they take off the wires to change them out... now that my teeth have room to move, i have a feeling if i dont wear a retainer, then they will space out and then ill have gaps (instead of severe crowding like i previously had...)
you can bet your sweet butt that if i get a retainer, i will wear it come heck or high water. when its all said and done, im working on a 7-8 THOUSAND dolllar mouth. i am not going to let all that cash go to waste!

 my braces and everything else cost bout $5000 but fortunately that was paid for by parents..
