Launchcast just played Phish's decent rendition of it. I just got to thinking, how many stoned out "phish-heads" probably think phish wrote that song because they have no clue of anything prior to 1987.... just a thought. carry on.

The Edgar Winter Group, They Only Come Out at Night was the record. The guitarist, Ronnie Montrose, left to form his own band, which in turn foisted Sammy Hagar on us.
Oh. No lyrics, either.
