riiiight because i've been trained on that program, and you doing a demo instead of giving me some direction makes for a brilliant plan.

lemme tell you,
dealing with 2000 people a day, out of which, maybe 20 are really dumb, and 2 or 3 make you want to come over the counter
vs
one boss that i can't get a read on and am losing faith in...
i vote 2000 people...
(some people might tell me i have a lack of patience...)
