On long runs does your jog/sport bra ever give you chafe? I get wicked chafe anything over five miles. I have to try to remember to pull the thing down my torso so it doesn't ride up and rub me. I am fairly large chested (36D). Is the problem my build or the bra?

Everytime someone mentions this product, I can just see runners sneaking into an adult book store to buy it.

It could be a little of both. The bigger they are, the harder they bounce, unless you get a really supportive one. I was a 38DD before the surgery so I can sympathize. I used to wear two unless they were the real expensive Champion ones. What are you wearing now??

Oh sistah-friend, we need to chat!! Chafe? hell yes Mad except I don't even need to go 5 miles, I get it walking out the front door if its humid enough (which is everyday, hello, I'm in Houston). And they don't make supportive sports bras because I figure if you are C or smaller you don't need support and I can tell you they don't make them for the bigger sizes, so my guess is the manufacturers assume we're supposed to move . Actually, its funny you mention this because I'm your size and on a hunt for a good sports bra that no longer chafes me as well. Because as cute as it is, the line of chafe across my cleavage is starting to cramp my style.

sorry, you caught me on a good sports-bra-rant day....

It's a Fila bra top with a supah heavy duty bottom elastic, which I used to LOVE as everything was pretty much locked into place but now I'm not loving it so much anymore.

I have that problem when they get a little older. The elestacity wears out and causes chafing. I also have one that chafes my collar bone-I'm not sure what's up with that. Body glide is the answer and new jog bras for a new season! I also have a chafe problem where the tags are on the jog bras and the tag on the shorts or pants. I never chafe when I remember the body glide!

You gotta go for the Enell Frog Bra, or one of the Champion Double Dry, or anything from Title 9, all of which of course are MONDO expensive. burning mad Those bra tops stretch too quickly and lose elasticity and there goes the support. OUCHIE.

I am so happy that the girls are gone....or significantly smaller, it makes running easier and I can buy stuff anywhere now!

Thank goodness that I don't have any organs that require special equipment just to go running. Surprised
