I have a enell bra and it is expensive but I love it. I haven't had a problem yet but my long run is only about 6 miles, although I am in Houston with the wicked humidity.

I have some chafing problems also, and I'm NOT large breasted. Dang, I'm not even medium breasted. I normally wear a Champion Action Tech, or a Moving Comfort in the same style. The chafing happens on my chest where the bottom band sits. Usually happens on really long runs or marathons.
Will have to look into Body Glide.

I chafe if there are seams on some of my longer runs. I just use a bandaid to cover those spots. Then again, you may be talking about a much larger area...???
