Ohmigod!! This show cracks me up!!!! I have not laughed this hard in a while.
Has anyone else seen it?It's on Bravo, it's these five men who all specialize in different areas (i,.e.food, grooming, fashion, culture, interior design) that make over clueless straight men and their homes. It's so damn funny!!
My favorite line from one of last night's shows...fashion boy looking at stright guy's closet, which is a total disaster, pulls out a garment..
"What is this ripped tuxedo with one arm? I understand the look you were going for but that is SOOO Helmut Lange like two years ago.."
(It's even funnier when you watch it with a friend who thinks they stole his idea...)

I saw a commercial and read about it--it looks very very funny. I'm trying to find someone to tape it for me because (I really should make this my signature line) I don't have cable.
Glad to hear its actually as funny as it looks!!

I LOVE him!!! He reminds me so much of a friend of mine its eerie!!
I like the way they've handled it. It could have been turned into a total catty b$tchfest but they;ve balanced the criticism with the right amount of helpfullness and humour.
I LOVED what they did with the couple's home!! I wonder how long the waiting list might be....

They go ALL OUT! That's what I like...they don't just pretty things up, they improve things.
And they also do a great job of picking out the 'straights'. That artist was a cool guy...

Kristin, you beat me to it! I was looking forward to this show since I heard about it and I was not disappointed!
I thought it was HYSTERICAL. The Fab 5 are too cool.
The Helmut Lang comment was hilarious... so was "is your closet arranged by Ugly, Uglier, and Ugliest?"

"Are you the maintenence man .or the victim?"
I can't believe the difference in Butch. That was incredible, yet they still kept "him" and didn't change him into another unworkable person (like a lot of people do with makeovers).

I just remembered the part where they were in Butch's house and Thom (the decorating guy) said, "Seriously - if I came in here - I'd call the police and be like, 'I found him'".
They did do a really great job with him. Everything looked SO much better when they were done.

Rats!
I can't believe I missed it.
Is it always going to be on Tuesdays?
What time?
Oooooo, I have got an appropriate smilie, if nobody minds?
I'll delete it if it offends anyone, but I've been dying to use it somewhere

Go to tvguide.com and click on Search Listings. Put in the show name, and it'll tell you when they're repeating it.
This weekend they'll be showing the two shows I missed last night + new ones. Can't wait - this looks fantastic!
