There's a log at our first aid kit for everytime we use the supplies.

While walking into the trailer this morning, my arm caught on the flange that holds the padlock and I've got a 3 inch paper cut deep scrape on my arm. I had to use two large patches and some antiseptic swabs to get it to quit bleeding.

They want me to log it as an accident because it drew blood and required first aid. I said if we did that everytime I did something stupid, the log would be full in a week. Embarassed I changed my story and said my dog did it at home.

*this was funnier in the trailer.

we have one of those at work.

it's also called "tracy's book". she just stopped reporting her accidents. ie. the chemical burn she got, and mgmt still doesn't know about.

our health and safety program is a Joke (with a capital J).

We had one of those for Tracy too. I was glad when she quit and apparenty moved to Canada.
