You guys ROCK!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for the encouragement you gave me this week with my weight loss issues. I lost another THREE pounds this week for a total weight loss of 29 lbs!!!!!!

I cranked out a workout every day and even rode a bike with my 7 yr old for 1 hour and 10 minutes yesterday - hardly no stopping and lots of hills! Smile (Celeste slept through it all!)

Anyway, next week is a BIG week for me because I will be meeting one of my goals with another 1/2 lb weight loss.

Kickin' it in high gear now so I don't lose the momentum!

great job!!! Once again, being a great teacher for your children is an added bonus......you rock.

I'm also glad to see that your goal loss now is reasonable and not expecting more huge amounts. Slow and steady from now on.....and get out your skinny jeans woman!!!!

HA! I don't OWN skinny jeans. Can I borrow some of yours???!!! Smile Seriously, though, I would go buy some but I'd probably buy some that wouldn't fit me right even if I were that size. Know what I mean? Jeans are way too hard to find the right fit. And, who knows...I might end up with no bootie once I lose all the weight.

Wait....did I just say that???? HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! I will NEVER lose this back side. What am I talking about!

Sometimes I wonder if the person I call "mom" and "dad" are really my parents!

Seriously, though, you should buy yourself something new and flattering for the weight loss and the fall air.
