There's actually a class coming up at our local Y dedicated solely to abs. Maybe it's just me, but I find it odd that they're dedicating an entire class to abs. It's really a popular muscle right now, just imagine how many people would come if there was a 'soleus' class. Confused

BTW - I'm going. Embarassed
