So, my neighbor (that I don't know) is moving (so I don't know the story)and apparently wants to get rid of her stuff and has a sign posted selling a ton of stuff. I of course immediately zoned in on the $25 treadmill. Can I pass up a $25 treadmill? what kind of junk is it? She says it works and she uses it all the time (I didn't ask walking or running). I'm going to see it tonight...what should I look for here? is this really stupid or the best deal evah?
And, will the downstairs neighbor start leaving flaming bags of poo if I run on it?
help a friend out here.

most likely it's a deal. Haveing just ha d a garage sale this past weekend, I can honestly say, she will probably give it away to have someone carry it out so she does not have to do it herself.

I wish I were there.
I could tell you right away if you're getting a deal or not with all the time I spend on them. It'd take one step, I'm sure.

In high school I used to run on my parents' very cheap sears made-for-walking treadmill. I ran it into the ground, wore the belt and motor out and everything but I was able to run on it. but it was LOUD. Which, brings up the downstairs neighbor again...
I guess for $25 it can't be bad.

Is it worth $25 to get evicted from your apartment?

This is what it seems like. Her sign basically details everything she owns. Bed, sofa, love seat, tables, chairs...

Because your downstairs neighbor will hear thumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthumpthump for 40 minutes and get upset.
