Hello. I am having some weight problems, and I am seriously considering a possibility to start practicing running as a means to get my body in shape. What I am wondering about is tunning routine, since I have never practiced it and do not relly know many things about it. I could use some advice on your running routine when you’ve started it, and how you’ve changed it during time. Many thanks, Matilda

Hi Matilda.Well, your running routine depends both on your “weight problem” and your current condition. When I first started, I had about 15 kg. to loose, and was in terrible shape. That is why, I couldn’t do active running for more than 10 minutes, while the whole session lasted for about 30. I used to run in the early evening, around 6.30, and to eat nothing afterwards. The situation changed after about a month, when I ran for 15 instead of minutes. The distance was and is still a joke, because I run very slow , but the whole running is starting to have positive effects on my condition. Good luck.
