I'm amazed the Harris Poll folks didn't think of this first. Wink

There are seven computers in use in our house. We have three toilets, but the one in the "basement outhouse" doesn't get used. I don't know if it even works.

Mine, my husband's, our housemate has two, one in my art studio, one in the basement, and one that is used as an MP3 server for all of the other 'puters.

All were built by us and are the by-products of upgrades.

There are over twenty computer monitors on the property. Most of them are dead and came with the house (which used to be an ISP and also was storage after the ISP moved to a larger building, from which most of the monitor came.) A few of the monitors were usable and have been employed on our frankenboxes. Until a few days ago, I had two monitors on my computer. Moved the second one to the studio after that monitor mysteriously died.

Did I ever mention that we like computers? Heh.

my husband is a computer geek, you know one of those people who writes programs for Linux and makes the source code available for free (what a sweetie!)...and thinks Microsoft is demonic. Anyway, even our 3 year old has her own computer. Now, he's all excited about networking our computers together. It's great to have such a techie around! I'll be posting on this board or playing pinball, and he'll be writing programs...for fun! Gosh.
