B-52s, first tour, 1980. I was 10 years old and begged my crazy aunt for weeks to take me, and she finally relented. I think she liked it more than I did!

The concert or the smell of the dope? |
Well, the dope left me decidedly nauseous and lightheaded. But the whole experience together was really cool.

I kinda like the smell. I'd never smoke it again, but the smell is nice.
I'll be back in a minute, I need to reapply my potchouli [sp?] oil.

For my money, the answer would be "both."
The Grand Funk concert was on a Sunday night and the next day at school, there was a ringing in my ears for the entire day. No smell/sight of pot until my second concert in Dayton (Hara Arena) - B.B. King....the warm-up band was the O'Jays.

Survivor opened up for him.
No smells of pot there.
That wasn't until my second concert.

Is all this talk of the smell of pot starting to affect your ability to UBB Rob?
