I waited three years to do that race !! (injuries, not ready etc) Next year I'll be even more ready.
BTW I ran that 5.6 miles and 1600 foot UPHILL because I like to challenge myself. If you want a REAL challenge there's Adirondack 10 miler in July. That is 10 miles of nothing but hills. Go to

As an aside, running down Prospect Mountain (Or any severe slope) will put an enormous amount of strain on your knees...
