My personal favorite here: Dumping new software/technology on people, letting them flail around, and THEN sending them to training two months later, thus wasting countless hours and decreasing productivity for the 2 month period preceding training.

Did I mention employees get one day off a year for SUNBURN?

Let's see.

Take an employee with more than 10yrs of service.
Give them 20 days vac, 3 days sick leave, 1 BD = 24
With no time to take any of the days.

Then give them 29 days of of vacation (the 24 lumped together, plus 5 days for good measure)

Oh and get rid of x number of employees in their area.
Have no money for supplies, but money for parties.

Let me stop right there before I go on a rant. Evil or Very Mad

not really
but there is a STRICT hierarchy involved
traffic issues handled by one department
investigations-investigations
etc. etc

very many pissing contests on certain issues

like when peter says he has 8 bosses

yeah we have 4 corporals ,6 sgts, 1 lt, a deputy and a chief

all make different rules

Yes. The guy who knows the least about the job, shows up sometimes, and does the least amount of work makes the most money.
