We seem to rarely have polls on this board so here's one. So what's your one workout that you look forward to every week and if so why?
For me, the long run's the favorite.. I look forward to it every weekend. I like the solitude that it gives and it's a great way for me to get some mental work done.

Definitely the long run. The longer, the better. And if we happen to throw some time at marathon pace, that's fine too. I run with a group of friends on Sunday mornings so it's a great time to catch up.

I've done a complete 180° in recent months and now I really look forward to doing intervals.

Tempo run for me. Long runs seem like torture to me.

My favorite workout is on skates and i like the LSD. i enjoy it mostly when i can hear my wheels carving into the asphalt, the rythmic cadance. the solitude, the wind blowing through the helmet and the sounds of the birds.
now after saying this i really also enjoy the group skates in an urban enviorment. nothing quite compares to that.

Long run... it's the only workout that I really feel drained after.
Well tempo too, but I don't really like those.

As much they don't feel so good, the long run. When i get to the 6-7 mile range (and soon to be above), i appreciate the accomplishment.

I'm a long run bigot myself. And it's got to be between 80 and 120 minutes to "feel" like the right long run. Less than that is just a bread n' butter run and more than that, my body starts threatening my brain.

I like the long run. What makes me feel the best are intervals. The long run is nice, though, once I'm used to the distance.

toss up between the long run and intervals.
I love going long because it is a test of endurance. Intervals test my will. Hard to say

I like long run too.Running in the nature is the best-no people, no noise and you have to watch the snails all the time
But there is less and less nature around my home, so I run out of city and so my run becomes looooooong run
