but woken up right on time. How long to get ready?
Me: with shower, 30 minutes to out the door. If I'm really slow, tack on another 10 and I'll skip my hot choc on the way to work.

Shower, shave and ???
Socks? Slacks? Sex? Sushi? Semi-workout? Some tv?
30-45, depending on how much I care what I look like.

Oh, gosh. A long time. A dog to take care of, 2 girls to get ready, a husband to pry out of bed, a workout, lunches to gather and myself to take care of... say about 2 hours.

No idea. I get up about an hour and a half before we need to get out the door, so I really take my time. I don't just get ready and then veg until it's time to go. I get ready in increments.

During the week, if I don't ride in the morning, I usually get up 30 minutes before I have to leave. This gives me time to shower, dress, check emails, feed the cat, make lunches.
If I ride in the morning, I am up 1.5 before I leave. Gives me recovery time, and to spreadsheet stuff. In addition to the non-riding days task
