If I'm already late I take my usual time. Otherwise I can be ready in about 10 minutes. Shower included. I don't skip the shower.

If I've overslept, I've missed the morning workout, so skip the shower.
Absolute desperation, I can be pulling outta the driveway in 2-min.

I've woken up to "oh crapola" and had to get on the horn and call the former wife/daughter's mother to say "I overslept, I'll be there in..."
Minimum twenty minutes. with fifteen travel time.
and that's nothing... just clothes and out. I'll come back later and shower.

With shower, leaving the house with a hat on my wet hair and wearing whatever's in the closet, 15 minutes.
