How fast can you go from Oh Crap, to out the door. With or without a morning shower

With, 12 minutes, everything seems to take longer if you shower.
Without 4 minutes.

Shower - five to seven minutes.
No shower - one to two minutes.
With clothes, add a minute to each of the above.

If it's just me, no kids to get ready, I can be out the door in 5 minutes without a shower, 10 with. As much as I hate this new cut some days, a little bit of gel and a minute with the blow dryer and I'm good. I can put makeup on in record time.
If I have the kids to contend with, forget it, I'm just gonna be really late. They've obviously overslept as well, they'll need food, clothing, etc. At least 20 minutes, probably closer to 30.

5 minutes of mad dashing to assemble clothing and panic because it's all still in the washer.
5 minutes to dig through the drawers for the pants that are missing a button and the one shirt not in the washer that is not stained.
5 minutes to iron said items.
2 minutes in the shower.
2 minutes to get dressed.
2 minutes to do my hair and teeth.
1 minute to grab my jacket and race out the door
1 minute to go back in for my keys.
1 minute to race out the door the secong time.
22 minutes

I would get up, call the office to explain what had happened, and get ready, with it kicked up a gear, of course, as I always get ready.
Not skippin' that shower, not for nobody.

I assumed it was a situation where I'd showered the night before.

I can be out the door in ten minutes and that is with a shower. I put my clothes out the night before, my medication is all put in a separate vial so I can just pop them all at once. This includes a goodbye to the lovely bride too
