I mean really really miss?
I'm sure others do too, so I won't harp on it.
I really miss the 8-12 mile runs I used to do on Sunday mornings. What would the biking equivalent of a run that long be?

I use the 4:1 ratio too, but I think a 2 hr. morning ride would probably come pretty close too.
