The job posting for my replacement just went up........WHEEEEEEEEE!!!!
They are demanding it stay up for two weeks internally (I talked them out of going external knowing what a micro manager the hiring manager is, he'd want to interview every freaking candidate we got!!) and between interviews and the holidays, we are looking for a January 2 start date!!

It is 8:30 and I am still at work. 
But the good news is, we already have 15 bids on the job, and one of them is someone I used to work with who would be perfect for the job, I talked to her today and am going to try and make sure they interview her first round. She'd fit well. I'll be reading resumes this weekend, that's for sure. Fortunately for them I agreed to be part of the interview process (and I am a tough sell) so they won't get stuck with a schmuck.
Another hour's worth of work and I am outta here....night, all!
P.S....nice pecs, PH! That vision should keep me going for another hour at least!
