I must admit, my running has been minimal this winter, barely any at all, so I was afraid of coming back this spring. But suprizingly I've made minimal gains!
I gained 3 minutes on my 10k, going from 1:00:08 to 57:36, which is pretty good, but it makes me think of how much I would have improved if I had of ran a lot during that time period. Maybe I've improved because I've stopped drinking or something, thats the only thing I can think of. Bit I'm happy that I've improved somehow. Thanks to everyone here who got me off drinking a few months back!

I dunno, I got lazy I guess, or just unmotivated. That happens to me with everything, and I hate it  .

I love and running but so far over break i haven't been able to make myself go do it  Once you start its easy, but starting it is the hard part.
