only in an official capacity.
The person who called would have to sign out a complaint then testify to what you said. If you started giving official advice or failed to act on someones complainant (if the person thought they were calling the state police) then you could be charged/ And all you have to do is deny you said it. There is no proof.

Otherwise no way.
