so did a max set of weights on the legs last night. i like to do the three sets. 1 set a light and warm up weight, second set a good "work" weight and the third (after doing the program a bit) a MAX effort.

then the interval workout on top.

well the more i sit here at work the more sore my legs are getting. looking forward to lunch (15 mins) so i can stretch again. i have so much water i am doing laps to the bathroom. stiff legged.....Embarassed

guess i know i did something last night.

That usually happens to me when I start lifting after a layoff. You should be able to walk by the weekend Wink

I feel your pain brother. I did legs on Monday. Yesterday's run was crap and I skipped running altogether today because I'm too sore.

tonights plans are 7 miles bike, 4 mile run, 15 mile skate.

waiting for the "good" pain Twisted Evil

tomorrow will be light weights Smile
