Here's a true life story!
This past Wedesday I was hanging out at my friends apartment perched on top of main street. We just got back from dinner and were enjoying some nice conversation and watching all the cars drive by (it's peaceful sometimes, no?).
Well, we're talking and Joy all of a sudden interupts and says 'Ummm..Joel, does that guy have is pants off in that Orange Pontiac Vibe that's stopped by the red light?'.
I go look, and sure enough it looked like it. I went to a closer window and SHAZAAM!! Pants down. Thingy out and right hand moving said thingy! 
My town? What has happened to my town???
(and yes we did call the cops)
Comments, thoughts, reactions?
We're both scarred...for realz!

I don't know if it is or not, to be honest. Exposure of fun parts is likely illegal, but he was in his car, and perhaps wasn't aiming his fun parts at any particular person?
