Could you imagine not speeding in Atlanta? Even if you are in the far right hand lanes on the expressway, people would push you off the road for doing less than 70 mph in a 55 mph zone. And once you get to the 65/70 mph zones you are expected to do 80 mph or risk being hit from behind by irate drivers.
It's one of those things that in theory sound pretty good. But I sure wouldn't advise it for anyone driving on Georgia expressways. You will always be speeding in order to drive defensively.
