I cannot post my diet. Everyone here would die of a heart attack.
I eat probably the least nutritious of any person I know. Not much on fruits and veggies, and dislike whole grains a bunch.
I drink way too much coffee, although I have cut way back on the beer in the past year and 1/2. Eat tons of red meat, use butter on many things.
Let's face it. My diet stinks.

Did you tell the doctor about your diet?

He didn't ask, because I was so healthy.

I need Wendy's french fries every now and then. I even need a little KFC. And don't even start with Oreos--they are like heroin in our house.
Thanks guys! I like hearing that other people indulge every now and then--and are ok with it.
My worst thing lately: garlic mashed potatoes and a cream topped fish at Outback. If I was a dog, I would have rolled in it--it was that good. |
That's why we run, no? And cycle, and walk, and kick-box and do yoga, etc. etc. etc. I absolutely agree with you. I've only got one shot at this life and I'll be dad-burned if I'm going to give up all the good stuff just to tack on a few more years of favorite food deprivation.

An entire box of Girl Scout cookies over the course of a day. I shared a little...very little and let my husband have a few. Once he knew they were in the house, I had no choice but to eat them all or risk having to share!

If they were Thin Mints, that's perfectly acceptable but if you ate a whole box of Samoas, then that's a different story.

Those little girls are always out there working their corners, making their quick little cash transactions....tell him to venture out and get his own.
