Saw an article about him in Bicycling magazine. Amazing guy.


In 24 hours he did:

  • Cycling 100 miles
  • Swimming 2 miles
  • Running 10 miles
  • Ab Crunches 3000
  • Hiking 10 miles
  • Jumping Jacks 1100
  • Powerwalking 5 miles
  • Leg Lifts 1000
  • Kayaking 6 miles
  • Push-ups 1100
  • Nordic Track 10 miles
  • Weightlifting 278,540 lbs.
  • Rowing 10 miles


Will try and recruit him for one of our Virtual races.

The really impressive part is the cumulative weights total of 278,540 lbs. That's like squatting 1400 reps of 200 lbs. Shocked

Another guy, Rob Powell, has the title of World Fitness Champion:

Swam: 2 miles
Ran: 12 miles of trails
Power Hiked: 12 miles
Cycling: 110 miles
Rowed: 20 miles (Concept 2 rowing machine)
Strode: 20 miles on the Elliptical Trainer
1250 pushups
1250 leg lifts
1250 jumping jacks
3250 crunches
300,000 pound of weights (bench press, curls, tricep extension, bench rows.

He finished all events in 22 hours, 11 minutes, 40 seconds.
