Nothing regular for the business owner.  Some days 16 hours some days just a few. I open the gym early days I open, about 5:10am or so.

No I don't like that song... oh misunderstood the thread title. 
Not counting the commute: 6:30 to 4:00.
Throw in the commute: 5:00 to 5:30.
And don't even add the time at the gym straight (from the train station when I get home).
