I don't know about a "tofurkey" per se, but flash pan-fried tofu is damn tasty, done right. Eaten right away, too. The outside gets crispy, the inside is hot and soft. It's great with a spicy teriyake sauce. Really. Or with some sirachha is you like more spice.
