These women will kill you if you're not careful!!!!
My name is John. While driving to work this morning I looked over my
shoulder to the left and there was this woman in a brand new Mustang, with her face up next to the rear view mirror putting on her eye makeup. I glanced away for a few seconds, and when I looked back, there she was
halfway over in my lane still working on her eye liner.
It scared me so badly I dropped my electric shaver, which knocked
the Krispy Kreme out of my other hand. In all the confusion of trying to
straighten out the car with my knees against the steering wheel, it knocked my cell phone away from my ear, which fell into my Starbucks coffee between my legs, splashed and burned BIG BOB and the TWINS, ruined the phone and disconnected an important call.
Oh! those WOMEN DRIVERS!!!

And put your make-up on at home!  If I ever get hit by a cell phone user while I'm out riding I'm going to pick my bloody body up from the ditch and roll around on the inside of their car and leave blood everywhere.  Then I'll take that danged cell phone and use it to give them a prostate exam!

I have to ask this, and I think I will be sorry when I get an answer...but...How in the heck do you enforce that one? {Note: I think people should wait until they are off of the road to use them, but won't it be a bit difficult to catch people?}

Where Joe works, it would be very easy. Even the babies are on cell phones.
